What methods of payments are accepted?
NEZSU accepts the following forms of payment:

ORDERING
When will I receive my order?
NEZSU expedited service is provided by Federal Express and ships Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend. NEZSU offers FREE Federal Express Shipping on all US orders over $50*. No promotion code is required to receive free shipping on all $50+ US purchases.
When will I receive Emails updates about my order?
After you place your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. Keep these emails accessible for your records. Below are examples of emails you might receive.
- Order Confirmation: This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
- Shipment Confirmation: This email confirms that your order has shipped. The order number will be included along with the carrier and tracking number.
- Shipment Delivered: This email will confirm that your order has been delivered to the address provided in your order.

How can I check the status of my order?
Use one of the following methods to check the status of an order that you have placed on www.nezsu.com
- Check your email: You will receive emails keeping you up to date about the status of your order.
- Visit the Website: Go to my account and enter your Order Number and email address for your order for the status of your order.
- Visit my Account: By signing into your account, you may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.
- Contact us: Please contact us via e-mail to customerservice@nezsu.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
The status of your order represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier that will provide tracking information until your order is delivered. Once your order has been shipped, it may take up to 24-48 hours before tracking is available.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
Usually your order should reach you within 3-8 business days after receiving payment and processing your order. If you still haven’t received your order after 10 business days, please contact us for assistance at customerservice@nezsu.com.
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Can I change or cancel my order?
After your have clicked “Submit Order”, your order begins to process, and you cannot make any changes to it. Our system is designed to process and ship order as quickly as possible.
How do I return my order?
If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, simply return them by following our Shipping and Returns instructions.
Why was my order canceled?
Your order may have cancelled if your financial institution did not allow the transaction to be completed or if the shipping address entered was invalid.

I have returned an order, where is my refund?
NEZSU will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving your returned order in our warehouse.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only accept orders for delivery within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
